What is the minimum stay?
We rent our apartments for a minimum of 7 nights in low season and 15 nights in high season.
Do you also rent single rooms?
No, we only rent entire apartments.
Is breakfast included in the stay?

How far is the property from the sea?
The sea is just a few minutes’ walk away.
How far is the historic centre?
The historic centre of Sperlonga is about 900 metres away.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, small pets are allowed.
Is air conditioning available?
In ogni appartamento è presente un ventilatore, dato che le temperature piacevoli non hanno mai reso necessario l’uso del condizionatore.
Are linens and utilities included?
Utilities are included in the price, while linens are not.
How does booking work?
An initial deposit is required to secure and confirm the booking.
How does check-in work?
Directly on site.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
