Home / The cottage
Historic villa from the early 1900s, surrounded by a large garden with centenary orange and olive trees, is located a short walk from the sea and the historic center of Sperlonga, one of the oldest and most charming villages of lower Lazio, known and appreciated worldwide, overlooking the Tyrrhenian Gulf, surrounded by beautiful equipped beaches and enriched by important artistic-cultural sights, such as the Archaeological Museum Grotto of Tiberius and the Temple of Jupiter, in Terracina.
Just a few minutes’ drive from the Circeo promontory and Terracina with its Roman remains to the north, Fondi with its baronial Caetani Castle inland, and Gaeta and Formia to the south, from where one can reach the opposite Pontine islands.
Near the estate, always within walking distance are restaurants, boutiques, grocery stores, and supermarkets. Inside it has a space for private parking and large green areas where guests can relax: the only green oasis in the whole plain of Sperlonga!
